Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. She was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her career in fitness at age 16, when she gave up her gymnastics. She won her Pro Card in the year following and was 17. She became the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was away for six years from the stage following her acquisition of the Pro Card required to complete her studies at college. Then, in 2015, she returned to the stage, and participated at the top level in competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance that she was competing in throughout her career and determined to achieve higher standards each year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of the year. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel had a break of six years from competition after earning her pro-card to complete her undergraduate education. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished in 3rd place at the show. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. In the space of three months, Ariel stepped up on stage at the Olympia and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very pleased with the outcome. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel likes to exercise her back. She usually does bent-over rows or single arm lat pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups. She also does seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first before beginning training. Ariel also likes to make the most of her workout time. Converting all the back exercises into three to four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is known for.
